Individuals using a monitoring device may enroll in SMS communications by following instructions provided by Secure Cardio staff or an authorized provider and texting the assigned enrollment keyword to the designated messaging number. Messages may include monitor setup instructions, charging reminders, device support, study updates, return instructions, and customer support responses related to the individual's cardiac monitoring service.
By texting the assigned enrollment keyword, the individual using a monitoring device consents to receive recurring SMS messages related to the cardiac monitoring service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on the prescribed monitoring duration, device needs, and support activity.
Message and data rates may apply according to the individual's mobile carrier and service plan.
